Quality Sleep Workshop (Zoom session)

Sleep can be difficult in these unsettling times. If better sleep is valuable to you, please consider this educational session about sleep.

The Quality Sleep Workshop is an interactive, informative block of time you can us to make the changes you want and need. Better quality sleep means feeling more energetic, positive, and competent and is a core of good mental health. You can use these sleep strategies to individualize a plan for your overall health.

“Bring Your Bling” Group (Zoom session)

This session helps to gain insight into how women can cultivate improved feelings about their bodies, work/life balance, and relationships. We will discuss new belief systems which can create more confidence and provide more serenity. Improved self-esteem is an attainable goal!

We will use cognitive behavioral, mind and body techniques, and use each other’s strengths to keep each other accountable.
